A Day Off...smile

So, today is Veterans Day. As a result of this holiday, I don't have school. My class is done. We packed for the hospital last night and installed the car seat. I am making hamburger soup today to put in the freezer. All I have left to do is finish my maternity lesson plans, clean a bit and decorate for Christmas. Although, Eric has been a rock star and been doing a lot of the housework for me. He's so great! So, today I am working on school a little, but basically I am just taking it easy. It's really nice. We slept in today and made pancakes this morning. I am watching Sesame Street right now. That may be lame, but I really like this show. I guess I'm ready for parenthood on the TV front. So, at 9:45 AM I am off to a great start to a relaxing day. Hooray for nice little breaks in the routine to relax.
