So I never really saw too much handy work done around the house. I saw it done outside, but not in. I'm sure it was done by somebody....but it was never done by me that's for sure.
Anyway, I did my first home maintenance this weekend. The caulking all around the edge of the tub was all moldy. You know, where the tile meets the bathtub. So, it needed to be replaced. I pulled out all the yucky caulk and cleaned up all the dried on stuff. I cleaned it out. I did not put all the new caulk in. Eric did that, but I did go behind him and clean up all the excess before it dried onto the tub and tile. I think ripping out the old stuff was the toughest job anyway. It was a mess to clean up. That is for sure.
So yeah for my first home improvement project!
Next, Hmmm....painting maybe or new fixtures...we will see.
