We have had sickness over here the past few weeks and it has sucked! Emmett had started being more crabby because he's teething like a maniac. He started in with congestion the weekend my dad was here. It came and went and came again. The Thursday before Thanksgiving I got a call at lunch time from a panicked baby sitter. Emmett had been performing his version of the exorcist all morning, minus the climbing up the wall, cursing and head spinning around. He was fine when I got there but promptly vomited all over me before we exited the babysitter's house. I ended up stripping down to my camisole to drive home. Anyway he was sick Thursday and Friday. I came down with it on Saturday morning and was out for 2 days. We sanitized the house and crossed out fingers that Eric wouldn't get it. We thought we were in the clear until Thanksgiving. We drove an hour to Eric's Aunt and Uncle's and then Eric started tossing his cookies. He was out for a few days. Emmett was still ubber crabby. The whole holiday weekend we were wondering if something was wrong with him. He had on and off diarrhea, low grade fevers, and a crab apple. He has also had these same symptoms when he was cutting teeth. Eric brought him in Monday after watching him play with one hand and bang his head with the other. He did have an ear infection. He's been a pain until this morning, when he finally started acting normal. We re-cleaned the house and are now hopefully all back to normal. Hopefully.
