5 months and stuff

Emmett was 5 months this past Wednesday. He is such an easy going baby. He laughs and smiles a lot. He grabs for toys, and he knows if he kicks his bouncer's animals will go flying. He loves to suck his fingers and make noises. He is trying to blow raspberries. He is close, and it's fun to watch him try. He watches us very closely and will imitate us too. He is a huge blessing. We are very thankful for him.

In other news, I was successful in removing a marker pen stain from one of my nice pink Cabi t-shirts. I got it at school while helping kids with their writing. I wasn't paying attention, and I left the cap off and well I had a huge blue line down my chest. This may seem like a lame thing to blog about, but I was very disappointed when I noticed the stain. It was the first time I've worn this shirt, and it was my mom's. So, I did laundry this morning. I didn't think it would come out (this has actually happened before and I have been unsuccessful), but I treated it with this new Shout stuff and Hooray! No more blue line. Totally made my day. Lame or not small accomplishments make me smile.

Anywho...I included some pictures of Emmett and my dad. I actually got a few smiles on camera. That almost never happens.

Grandpa Doug giving Emmett zeerberts to his head.

He thought that was funny.

Happy Easter!
