Visitors: A Trip Zoo

We went to the Tucson Zoo. While Eric was working, Scott, Natasha, and I went to the zoo. I have never been to this zoo. It was super cool because it has a lot of African animals which I'd never seen in person before. The John Ball Zoo in Grand Rapids can't sustain some of these animals because it gets too cold. The Tucson Zoo is about the same size as John Ball just with different animals. We were able to spend a few hours there and see some cool stuff.

I included some of the pictures from our day at the zoo.

These are the elephants. We were able to watch them do their tricks.
We were cheap and did not pay to feed the giraffes, but they were most enjoyable to watch.
The anteaters were so unusual. We sat and watched them forever.
I don't remember what this was called but it was weird looking. I didn't get a good picture of its long trunk nose, but at the end it looks like a pig snout. It's tongue it wicked. It almost looks snake like when it flicks it out.

Natasha wanted an elephant ride and this was the only one available.
More later :)
